Palautuspolitiikka, jos ostettu suoraan RimpactMTB.com-sivustolta
Vakuutuksemme on voimassa 30 päivää. Jos ostoksestasi on kulunut 30 päivää, emme valitettavasti voi tarjota sinulle hyvitystä tai vaihtoa, mutta ota kuitenkin yhteyttä keskustellaksesi.
Jotta tuotteesi voidaan palauttaa, sen on oltava käyttämätön ja samassa kunnossa kuin sen vastaanotit. Sen tulee olla myös alkuperäisessä pakkauksessa. Palautuksen viimeistelemiseksi tarvitsemme kuitin tai ostokuitin. Älä lähetä ostostasi takaisin ennen kuin olet ottanut yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme saadaksesi viitenumeron. Hyvitykset RimpactMTB.comin kautta ostettaessa (jos sovellettavissa)
Kun palautuksesi on vastaanotettu ja tarkastettu, lähetämme sinulle sähköpostin, jossa ilmoitamme, että olemme vastaanottaneet palautetun tuotteen. Ilmoitamme sinulle myös hyvityksen hyväksymisestä tai hylkäämisestä.
Jos sinut hyväksytään, hyvityksesi käsitellään ja luottokorttiasi tai alkuperäistä maksutapaasi lisätään automaattisesti 7-10 työpäivän kuluessa.
Myöhästyneet tai puuttuvat palautukset:
Jos et ole vielä saanut hyvitystä, tarkista ensin pankkitilisi uudelleen.
Ota sitten yhteyttä luottokorttiyhtiöösi. Voi kestää jonkin aikaa, ennen kuin hyvityksesi on virallisesti lähetetty.

Vaihdamme tuotteet vain, jos ne ovat viallisia tai vaurioituneet. Jos sinun on vaihdettava se samaan tuotteeseen, lähetä meille sähköpostia osoitteeseen customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Toimitus :
Jos haluat palauttaa tuotteesi, ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun@rimpactmtb.com saadaksesi palautusviitteen ja postiosoitteen.
Olet itse vastuussa tuotteen palautuksesta aiheutuneiden toimituskulujen maksamisesta. Toimituskuluja ei palauteta. Jos saat hyvityksen, palautuksen toimituskulut vähennetään hyvityksestäsi. Vaihdetun tuotteen saapumisaika voi vaihdella asuinpaikastasi riippuen. Jos lähetät yli 75 punnan arvoisen tuotteen, sinun kannattaa harkita jäljitettävän kuljetuspalvelun käyttöä tai kuljetusvakuutuksen ostamista. Emme takaa, että saamme palautettua tuotetta.
